Mail your glasses

1. Print and fill out the Easy Order Form in PDF or Word.

2. Wrap your Glasses with some packing material (bubble wrap, even newspaper!)

3. Go to US Post Office and Select the "SMALL FLAT RATE BOX"

4. Insert Glasses with packing Material and your Order Form

5. Mail to:
